Villa Maydou began by restoring two existing houses protected and listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our wish was to receive guests in a traditional village atmosphere, where the buildings fit harmoniously with the gardens and other buildings of the "village". With the growing success Villa Maydou decided to double its capacity of reception by keeping the same spirit. Three new buildings have been constructed which respect the principles of the traditional urbanization existing and which make the charm of its environment.
