- Late check-out after 12 a.m to 6 p.m (in case rooms are available): extra 50% of a room price each night 

- Late check-out after 6 p.m: extra 100% of a room price as in contract 

Free for under 12 year-old children living with parents without extra bed (maximum 02 children/room)

Breakfast additional fee:

- Under 5-year-old children: free 

- 6-11 year-old children: VND 120.000/ child/day

- 12-year-old childen and older: VND 150.000/child/day

- Extra bed:VND 250.000/person/day.

1. For individual customers (under 8 rooms) 

- Cancellations made 11 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free 

- Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur one (1) night charge.

2. For group (8 rooms or more)

- Cancellations made 20 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): will incur one (1) night charge

- Cancellations made 14 days - 7 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge

3. High season (holidays, Tet,...): 

-  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included): Free

-  Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday and Sunday are not included) will incur a 100% charge

Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee 

Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.

Transaction tackling fee as below: 

• - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service. 
• - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
